how do i access ticket?

I see you have a sticky looking for CCR testers, im wondering if your still looking especially for multiple CCR users. Im having some difficulties getting my CCRs to work correctly with LSP but i have a few more things to try tonight. It would help if you are able to tell me the correct setup for CCRs so that i know im doing it correctly. The CCRs are found in the network with LSP and the CCRs also work with the LOR software. If i use the hardware tool and turn all channels on for 1 CCR then this effects the other CCRs with random lights staying on. The CCRs are set up as RGB controllers with address R=1, G=1, B=1 using zone 1 for CCR1 and R=2, G=2, B=2 using zone 1 for CCR2 and so forth. Zone 1 is where the LOR 485 adaptor is connected to com3

So a quick few questions
1: So has multiple CCRs been tested with LSP?
2: Is there a certain way to setup a CCR in LSP?
3: Has there been any one else having these issues?
4: Am i just a fool who has missed something?
