Upgrade FAQ

Offering reasonable upgrades is the perfect way for us to show thanks for supporting LightShow Pro!

We really appreciate your support! and to show our appreciation we offer a significant discount to existing customers!

* It's important to note, when upgrading LightShow Pro from a previously purchased version we are required to verify your previous license information.
* Upgrading a key will also remove further activations from the previous key. Selling old keys is strictly prohibited.

After purchasing the upgrade, you will receive an email request to provide proof of purchase for an eligible previous version of the LightShow Pro software.

Sometimes sales emails can get misplaced junk mail folder, to make sure we can validate your license as soon as possible, be sure to check that the email did not get directed to spam folder, then provide the proof of purchase information as quickly as possible.

Its very rare, but if you do not receive a confirmation email requesting proof-of-purchase after 4 hours, please send us an email at sales@lightshowpro.com with your name and email address so that we can expedite your upgrade order.
