Thread: Matrix Questions

I found a 512 channel matrix on eBay for a decent amount. My thoughts on it is a display sign in the front to display the radio station Im broadcasting on, plus the title of the song etc.

Given this is 512 channels, that would soak one whole DMX universe. Would i just adjust the matrix creator in LSP to the same channels and dimensions as the display?

Just playing around with the idea. But Im wondering how difficult it would be to get to work right. If at all.

I did a matrix for my 2D mega tree and set it to the dimensions, 12 X 50 for a total of 600 pixels or 1800 channels. It is not hard to make radio sign scrolls or text with the animator. I know some request have been added for future updates so that you can select multiple squares at once in the animator, would make sequencing faster. Is this matrix RGB or one solid color?
