This is due to a codec missing, try to download and install both divx codec and K-lite codec packs and that should fix the issue

Divx can be downloaded from their website. Divx dot com. The K-Lite codec pack should be installed when you install LSP. If you are having difficulties with it, reinstall LSP and choose teh custom option. That will open a box of options 1 of which is to install the K-Lite codec pack. That should help. You could also find the K-Lite pack with google.
