    Default CCR controller LOR

Downloaded the newest version today... hmmm it says 1.01025.1352 under info and 1.0124.2200 on the web, I'm assuming you updated even further than 2200.
So trying to define a CCR / LOR color Ribbon I created a new controller utilizing the following:
    Controller ID R=1 G=2 B=3
Zone/Universe= 1 but don't understand what this is.
    Controller Name=CCR
    Controller Type: RGB Light Controller
    Controller Protocol: LOR/D-Light (RS485 Dongle)
    Number of Channels 50

Doing that and editing the controller results in a dialog box that states "Would you like to renunber the Channels Sequentially 1-16?
Selecting Yes moves forward and nothing seems different.... Selecting NO asks again and in fact 50 times until the controller comes up.

Then adding the controller into a existing sequence or creating a new sequence seems to be ok, however when checking properties of each track it shows the track number in each of the RGB windows. Ex. track1 is r1g1b1 track 12 is R12g12b12 etc..... is this correct?
Next if I do a RGB tools select of 20 tracks all seems ok however if I select all 50 tracks then it does not draw all tracks....
To expand, my screen resolution only allows me to see 34 of the tracks on the screen at one time so doing the Shift Drag down to 50 then shifts the screen to Track 20 - 50 and when I let go and select Linear followed by blend only tracks 20 through 50 are drawn at the beginning of the time selection and nothing on tracks 1-19 which do not appear on the screen. I'm confused, this cannot be correct and or I'm doing something wrong.
    Thanks
    Curt

Well made some progress, but still wonder if I'm doing it correctly.... Actually used both RGB tool and Ramp up and down tools with cut and paste (shift Key) and yep it works from Trak 1 to Trak 50 on the ramp up with either the RGB or cut and paste. This was using Shift and pulling from track 1 to 50, however from trk 50 to trk 1 puts 50 in place but not where they are supposed to be... seems to start around 32 and goes up into the next controller....
Also, I noted that while it is compiling the 1 to 50 you dare not move the scroll bar to show progress otherwise it overwrites existing and dosent make the 50 mark.
From a previous discovery and again I'm trying to figure out what I don't know... Anyway when drawing in Visualizer the 50 channel controller it appears to randomly draw the arch image with only certain tracks indicated that they are drawn back on the controller page.... for each track
I would send a print screen but do not know how to add it into this mail.

    Thanks
    Curt

Wondering if you have had a chance to look at this further? Love the product but major reason to change from LOR for me was the color tools for the color ribbon and while working has some bugs or as I explained above it's me and I don't know what I don't know.
    Thanks

    Hi Curt,
The quick work around would be to hold down "Z"-key and use your mouse wheel to reduce the size(height) of the tracks to get all 50 on screen.
then you can draw your chases withough scrolling.

I am looking into them and will try to get you some more feedback by this evening.

    thanks,
    David

    Ok,
    Good news and bad news.
Bad news: this was a bug with drawing chases across multiple screens...
Good News: it has been fixed.

PM me for a link to a version that fixes the issue, if you like.

    thanks,
    David

we could, but try not to release updates more frequently than on a weekly basis, so as to make sure testing of new features and minimize disruptance to other customers.

I can understand that. I will wait for the next update. When that happens can we get a list of what is in it? At least just some quick bullet points?

When an update comes without knowing what is in in it can be very frustrating.
    Thanks
