Lightshow Pro has kicked me out of the program 3 times since yesterday. I lost about three hours of work, because I hadn't save and did know there was a save every __ minutes feature.

Bill, I just sent you at reply using the support system. I have not experienced the problem you are describing. I know you were trying to install the .net framework the other day at the academy, do you happen to know which version you downloaded?
Also, something else that might help us determine what is going on is if you send us the log file. This file can be located in the C:\Program Files\GraphXPros\LSP Sequencer\LogFiles directory (change Program Files to Program Files (x86) for Vista). There should be text (.txt) files that are named by the date. You can send the dates that you have experienced problems or just send us all of them. You can attach the file(s) to the reply to the support e-mail or to info@lightshowpro.com. We'll try to get to the bottom of what is happening as quickly as possible.

every half hour or so i like to email the sequence im working on to myself. I have lost a sequence several times while working on it and had the file end up unable to open. so that emailed sequence has saved me several times. It takes a minute to do and the first time you lose a file itll be well worth the time.
