David, can you (or mike M.) please give me some help with my DMX/RGB situation. I have been through every tutorial I can find and have gotten very close to success.....However.... I need some help please !! I'm trying to convert to rgb/dmx this year....I just finished wiring up my first dmx decoder from coro and hooked it to a set of modules to test. it runs through the built in color pattern with no problems. When I plug the cat5 into the ctb16pc nothing happens - except the red light inside the controller box goes out! I tried plugging the decoder cat5 wire into the LOR 485b and still nothing.I ran the LOR hardware program and it finds the controller. I'm probably making a dumb mistake, but I just can't see it! I thought LSP and the LOR controllers spoke dmx language, so obviously it's a problem I'm causing, can you please offer some expert advise ! I really love LSP and want to go even bigger this year , using RGB/DMX !
