David, can you (or mike M.) please give me some help with my DMX/RGB situation. I have been through every tutorial I can find and have gotten very close to success.....However.... I need some help please !! I'm trying to convert to rgb/dmx this year....I just finished wiring up my first dmx decoder from coro and hooked it to a set of modules to test. it runs through the built in color pattern with no problems. When I plug the cat5 into the ctb16pc nothing happens - except the red light inside the controller box goes out! I tried plugging the decoder cat5 wire into the LOR 485b and still nothing.I ran the LOR hardware program and it finds the controller. I'm probably making a dumb mistake, but I just can't see it! I thought LSP and the LOR controllers spoke dmx language, so obviously it's a problem I'm causing, can you please offer some expert advise ! I really love LSP and want to go even bigger this year , using RGB/DMX !

Please grant me access as a customer. I recently purchased LSP and need all the help I can get getting off the ground.

David I just joined and had a problem with the effects and ask how to fix it aand a upgrade was metioned so i went to up grade and it made me pay another 50 dollars so I sent you the money (paypal) and also was told to do a clean install which I believed meant remove initail lsp which I have done , but know know the update is the link above the free trail/up grade /buy what do I do know to reinstall LSP and I am sure as for the 50 you will refund that but before I do any more damage I am going to wait to hear from you. THANKS GOD BLESS

Hi David, Could you please let me know if you are working on this! AS per most post on forum, I have 50 Make a Wish kids coming over on Tuesday night and I have nothing for them. This is a big deal for me and the kids. I kjnow that you are busy, but please let me know the status.

I am having problems with scheduler playing sequences correctly. I can play a sequence fine from sequencer, but when scheduler plays the timing is off and it misses channels altogether. I am running full DMX and Pixelnet, but the sequences that I am testing do not have any output yet from pixelnet. System running the show is Win 7 64bit 4gig ram i3 processor.

I sent this in an email to support@lightshowpro.com as well, but I wanted to be certain that someone responds.

I have been using LSPv2 all year and never had a problem with it until now.
I was working on the sequence and I noticed that there were two windows open on the taskbar. I went to see what the other window was and it was another instance of the program! and I certainly don't remember opening it twice nor know why I would. So i'm not sure where this other instance came from. But the real problem is that now when I try to open my sequence the sequence editor is just empty. no audio, no controllers, nothing. Does the program store a backup anywhere?
Also, when I tried to open an older sequence i first tested the program with It opened two instances again. I'm not sure if this is a program error or not but it would sure be nice to find out.

Please help ASAP!
