Halloween 2011 Shows

Anybody else doing a Halloween show this year?

I just finished putting out all my decorations, 8 graves, The Singing Monster Quartet, The Halloween Pumpkin Bunch, and more.

I have my elements out but haven't put out my controllers and wired everything out yet. Been too busy modifying all my Christmas sequences for my smartstring node megatree. Having to change all my rampdowns to allow for the nodes being brighter than regular leds. Plus with LSP stopping responding about every 5 minutes it is taking forever. David may need to do more tweaking for large channel counts or smartstings themselves. I don't see the issue when working on non smartstring elements so I am thinking it is having trouble with large channel count changes at one time.

I am. I also have the The Singing Monster Quartet. I'm running 450 pixels outlining my house. I've only had time to sequence a couple of songs though. I think I'll just have some scary music in between songs and run some generic effects like strobes and stuff. I just purchased a large display that has some moving stuff. Maybe next year I can wire the sensors into my Renard board to have it actuated by the computer instead of motion/sound.

Great Job! I particularly like the Adams Family Seq. What size lights do you use to light the little ghosts on the left side of the display. The lighting looks just great! The spots I used last year were way too bright - yours look just right! Good Job!

I used MR16 LED spot lights on all figures. The elements on the left hand side are graves. There is a Ghost with Boo, Ghost with a pumpkin and a Witch with a cat. The taller figures have 2 MR26s and the cat has one.

I still have 2 more videos to finish editing.

Ahh I was but a young lad when Ghostbusters came out. I really have an affinity for that song. Of course The Addams Family is about my theme song anyway.
