  1. Version of LSP something like version 2.0.11317.1750. You can get this version number by using the "About" icon on the main ribbon tab. As there are periodic updates that have addressed issues saying things like "Latest V2" makes it impossible to determine if the issues has already been addressed.
  2. Your operating system and machine specs. Example "VISTA SP2, Dell notebook, Duo 1.83 Ghz, 3 gig 32 bit"
  3. Specific steps to reproduce the issue. The best method is a video of your steps. Free video recorders can be found in the tips and trick section of the forum.
    1. Questions like "I cant get a chase to work" do not have enough detail to address your issue
  4. Is your issue related to the sequencer or the scheduler?
