    Default AFter i add a matrix effect adds alot of timing marks to other controllers. how do i

    after i add my matrix to the seq it adds a whole bunch of other timing marks to my other controllers. how do i get rid of that. it really gets annoying when i only want 1/2 second timing marks on my other controllers. please help.

    Something I am interested in as well. I hope to do rgb displays next year mixed with LOR controller for normal LED's.

    Timing mark are not set by the controller, they are set by the sequence. There is no way to do what you are asking. You can however use the combination of timing layers and active mouse mode to limit the marks you want to work with.

    wow that is terrible. so im stuck with all these lil tiny timing marks in places they do not need to be. i have no idea what the timing layers are. i appreciate the help mike but it always seems if you want to do something simple in lsp you have do 10 steps to work around it. its just getting frustrating. i gave lsp another shot this year hoping v2 was going to better. i guess ill see what i can make work

    Check out the following video. Its really helpful in understanding how layers work and highlights.

    There are a few techniques I have been using which have been really helpful. On technique I have been using is creating a new sequence with the 1/2 timings, generating effects there and then adding the effect to the library. Then I switch back to the original sequence and drag and drop the effects where I want them.
