Thread: Matrix Animator Future Requests!

Mike if you could put this in for future requests. I posted here so if anyone else has a request they can add to it! I did not want it to become buried where others do not look. This is strictly for Matrix Animator.

1. To be able to generate effect animation multiple times in the grid. Ie. A spin on a tree or a scroll element that you want several times in a row.
2. To be able to select multiple cells at a time. This is to speed up the process and create blends easier.
3. To be able to use keyboard to move animation ie. up, down, left, right. (If this is already there I cannot get it to work)
4. Move the Duplicate and Left, Right, Up, Down buttons to the same side of the page. The 3rd request would really eliminate the need for this, but having to move the mouse back and forth across the screen becomes very tedious. ie. to move the same effect back and forth or up and down.
5. To make the enter key work as duplicate. Now the enter key just repeats your last command.



Feel free to add anything to this list or correct me if I am wrong with anything in my list. Thanks to David for any consideration.

My experience was similar.
- We need some basic paint style tools - draw a line, a box, a circle
- We need keyboard shortcuts for all buttons so that we don't have to mouse all over the screen while trying to animate
- Not sure if it is there, but it would be really nice if there was an option to use the existing time intervals in the timeline instead of creating a bunch of new ones. Right now there is almost no control unless you have everything mapped out perfectly before you start... If you are 1 frame off, you get a bunch of new intervals which may not work...
- a collection of color selection buttons so that you don't have to go to another screen every time you want a different color
- having to click a box twice to change the color is maddening - once to turn off, then again to turn on with new color.
